At Rembrandt Hardware, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to proceed.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as when you received it
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
Please note that some items may not be eligible for return or exchange. These include custom orders and clearance items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
